Job Description

1. Involved in Employee engagement activities.

2. Control attrition within the groups allotted.

3. Maintaining reports of all activities.

4. Responsible for Exit interview and Induction activities.

5. Helping in resolving employee grievances.

6. Maintaining a consistent employee touch time.

7. Involved in employee welfare activities.

8. Maintaining updated employee data.

9. Ensuring timely confirmation/increment of employees.

10. Maintaining documentation complaint with ISO.

11. Liasion with external vendors for mediclaim etc so that updated information is sent on a timely basis.

12. Hands on experience in Statutory Compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile

1. Excellent communication skill.

2. Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred.

3. Should have worked in Generalist profile for minimum 2 -3 years.

4. Shift timing from 12.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

5. Only female candidates residing at Navi Mumbai or Central Mumbai need apply.
