Job Description
All HR activities in Corp HO with emphasis on Employees Relations/retention, wages/salary management including incentives; assist Head HR in Planning, Hiring, Induction formalities, Organising Training, Appraisal/Performance management, policies etc
Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant experience especially in employee’s relations/retention related activities, wages/salary management, preferably in healthcare/pharma/pharmacist industry; have excellent communication/inter-personal skills & officiate as Head HR if required
