Job Description
Should have 2 to 3 yrs. of experience in International Recruiting (US) Industry.

· Should have experience in handling team of 3 – 5.

· Must have excellent communication skills to work with US Citizens.

· Must have self motivation and positive attitude.

· Strong knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099 Corp-to-Corp, etc

· Good knowledge of different visas like H1B, GC, TN, OPT (F1), etc

· Ability to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines.

· Motivate the team to achieve their monthly targets.

· Willing to work in the Night Shift (As per Eastern Standard Time).
