Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development and Client acquisition for the ‘Staffing business’ of the company.
Interface with Clients through team with respect to recruitments and billing related concerns
Build team for different verticals. Train, Motivate and mentor them.
Set Targets for teams
Maintain & Develop Relationships with Clients.
Raise Invoices on time and collect payments on time through team.
Drawing Business Development Plans for various locations for BD Team and rolling out planned BD activities for temp/perm staffing and other businesses of the company.
Study and understand competitor’s activities and draw up competitive marketing and pricing strategy
Tie- ups and alliances with colleges, B- Schools, training institutes.
Agreements and Contracts sign up
Track market intelligence
Responsible for return on capital employed
Lead, Guide and monitor performance of branch heads
